Baby’s Best Start was founded by Catrice, a mother of two dedicated to helping mothers. She loves supporting their breastfeeding journeys. Additionally, she has been offering childbirth support since 1992 while being a Birth Doula since 2009. Catrice dedicated herself to supporting families and helping them as much as possible!

Baby’s Best Start offers a variety of crucial support that is so needed throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Catrice offers prenatal visits, meant to be informative and compassionate, as this is when your relationship will begin.
Prenatal visits will consist of education sessions and allow you to ask any questions you may have. At the same time, her birthing guidance service offers you extra personal support throughout your birthing journey. It provides support emotionally, physically, and educationally. Birthing Guidance from Catrice ensures you have all the help you want and need and a memorable and empowering birth experience! Baby’s Best Start also offers postpartum support. The doula, Catrice, joins your family a few days or weeks after the baby’s birth and supports the mom by sharing evidence-based information with the family while helping the mom with breastfeeding, self-care, and just navigating life with a newborn.
A few topics Catrice will help provide information on include emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, sibling adjustment, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Baby’s Best Start also offers separate lactation support in person or virtually to help you have the most successful breastfeeding journey and discuss any issues.
